Services

Coaching is delivered live by video, with the inclusions described on the relevant offer page. Programs are personalised, so session focus may change to suit what you are working through. Between-session support is provided during stated business days and is not an emergency or on-call service.

Fees, currency, and taxes

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any local sales tax, VAT, or GST. Where the law requires it, the payment processor calculates and adds that tax at checkout based on your billing country, and it is collected and remitted on my behalf.

Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Payment plan installments are charged automatically on the agreed dates. If an installment fails, sessions may be paused until the balance is settled.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed sessions, are treated as delivered. Programs may be paused once for up to two weeks by agreement, while payment plan installments continue on schedule.

All coaching fees are non-refundable once purchase is complete, because coaching is a live, personalised service and time is reserved specifically for you.

Consumer cooling-off rights: if you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another region with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Where you ask for delivery to begin inside that period and coaching has started, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost or reduced in proportion to the service already provided, to the extent local law allows.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, for attending sessions prepared and on time, for the accuracy of the information you share, and for complying with the laws of your own country. Coaching content is provided for your personal use and is not resale or training material.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is treated as confidential and is not disclosed without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to prevent serious harm. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship. Testimonials, quotes, or case details are only published with your written approval.

Intellectual property

The website, frameworks, worksheets, and program materials remain my intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own development. Sessions may be recorded for your benefit, and recordings are not to be shared publicly by either of us without consent.

No guarantees and limitation of liability

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, so no specific promotion, offer, salary increase, or hiring result is guaranteed. Any figures mentioned on this site describe past client experiences and are not a promise of your results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost income or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of VA, United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that state. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer laws or the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country where local law grants that right.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force when you purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
