What happens during coaching sessions?

Sessions combine career strategy with coaching. We work on the practical plan, positioning, networking, interviewing, negotiation, alongside reflection, nervous-system regulation, and accountability, so you leave with both clear next steps and the capacity to take them. Support is personalized to what you're navigating that week.

How does Human Design fit into career coaching?

Human Design is used as an optional self-awareness and decision-making framework alongside practical career strategy. It's a lens for understanding how you naturally decide, work, and communicate, not a replacement for professional judgment, and never a requirement of our work together.

What happens between sessions?

Accepted Answer

For applicable programs you have Monday–Friday Telegram access for real-time coaching and support, plus a collaborative workspace with your exercises, planning documents, resources, and accountability in one place.

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when listed on the applicable offer. Your Next Level is available at $1,500 or three monthly payments of $500.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed sessions, count as delivered. Ongoing programs can be paused once for up to two weeks by agreement; payment plan installments continue on schedule. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.

Do you offer refunds?

Coaching fees are non-refundable once purchase is complete, because coaching is a live personalised service and time is reserved specifically for you. If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another region with a statutory cooling-off period, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund unless you have asked me to begin delivery within that window and coaching has started. Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes. I am based in the United States and coach clients globally over video. Sessions are scheduled in your local time where possible, and all prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Any local taxes, such as VAT or GST, are calculated at checkout where required.
