I've spent my career learning what actually moves careers forward.
Ashley brings both sides of career growth into her coaching: the strategy required to create opportunities, and the inner work required to actually pursue them.
She understands hiring, sales, leadership, career progression, interviewing, professional positioning, and workplace dynamics from firsthand professional experience.
Her coaching expands beyond tactical career advice by helping clients identify the beliefs, fears, nervous-system patterns, and identity shifts that influence their professional decisions.

Professional bio
Ashley Gomez, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) - ICF Accredited, is a career and leadership coach for ambitious women who have built impressive careers on paper but still feel disconnected from what they actually want.
She spent over a decade in high-pressure tech sales leadership, including 7 years leading global teams across EMEA, the US, Canada, Australia, and Latin America, before reaching the point many high-achieving women know well: externally successful, internally exhausted, and relying on achievements, approval, and outside validation to call the shots. That experience led her to reconnect with her own inner authority and, ultimately, to coaching.
Since 2021, Ashley has helped women stop performing a version of success that isn't theirs and start building careers that actually fit. She blends practical career strategy — direction, positioning, networking, interviewing, negotiation, and leadership — with inner work around self-trust, people-pleasing, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and nervous-system regulation. She also brings Human Design into coaching as a framework for understanding how clients naturally make decisions, work, and lead.
